You are warmly invited to join the UK Agriculture section/Experimental Circle for a weekend with Are Throresen. This is offered for those already engaged with the Agriculture lectures and/or Anthroposophical study in related areas - see flyer attached

Attached also the Christian Community collated 'Friendly Beds' list (some of these may have changed so if you get no quick reply do try another - numerous B&Bs, hotels etc also available in the area.

Saturday meals provided - vegan and mostly organic - as part of the cost. Please let us know if any allergies need to be taken into account when you book

The Experimental Circle/ Agriculture Section UK invites you for a weekend to deepen our understanding of our work with the preparations and nutrition. Are Thoresen - active spiritual researcher, author and veterinary doctor with lifelong clairvoyant faculties, will bring his insights into
such questions and others of an esoteric nature.

Does the attitude with which we make or use the biodynamic preparations affect their quality and living forces? The animal organs, which make up the sheaths of the biodynamic preparations, have functions in the living animal.

How can we understand these functions in relation to the qualities the preparations bring to the health of the land and to nutrition? Also in relation to aspects of Emberson’s book "Death of nutrition", and how we can christianise the elemental beings in agriculture, and also transform the Ahrimanic forces of the earth.

A quote from Are Thoresen’s recent book may be relevant:

This workshop is intended for those already working with the Agriculture lectures and the preparations and or familiar with Anthroposophy.
Friday evening talk is an introduction as well as a stand alone talk – please feel welcome to come for just that. 7:30- 9.00 – (no booking needed for the Talk only)

Cost: 10 for Friday evening only - 120 for full weekend including meals. Accommodation is not included – see list for suggested local non-official B&Bs attached
